Invisible
I know the world
must see me
but invisible to you
I must be.
I show my love
but you can't see
it sprouting forth
like a tree.
Yes, my feelings
to you now turn
but I see NOTHING
in return.
My feelings for you
are certantly true.
I've only known you
a short while
oh, but can't you
see my smile?
When you talk to me
Oh, can you not see,
I am not invisible!
