All scarred and torn
Years of history in one book
Emotions written in rhythmic ways
All it takes is one look
To be captured for days...

Reading, writing, and learning
Fills our everlasting yearning
Of eternal knowledge
Philosophies, culture, and religion,
Literature is like a vision
Of past, present, and future...
