Is Not Nature A Wonderful Thing? - Poem by Kaila George
The song bird sings its exquisite melodies
Into the Midsummer Day and the early frosty gales
As it makes its way in life to survive in the after math
Of winter, autumn, summer and spring
The bright colours of life paint
On the canvas of mother earth
The moon and sun dapples across the sky
As each night and day passes us buy
I embellish the life of nature
As it spreads its warmth upon this earth
Its beauty surrounds us
Is not nature a wonderful thing?
