Is There Anything Wrong? Poem by Ruma Chaudhuri

Is There Anything Wrong?

Rating: 4.0

It was a dark sky of late evening
The loving eyes are not so bright
A fading tune is so melancholic
Is the sky mourning at night?

The evening flowers did not bloom
As if the birds would never come.
The waves are blowing slowly
Is there anything wrong?

The silvery stars are covered
Within the folds of dark clouds
The evening breeze whispering at the windows
Why the birds have no heart to speak aloud?

But no one knows what happens
Why the cupid desires wars?
Why mourning tears are rolling as rain
From the covered silvery stars?

'But no one knows what happens Why the cupid desires wars? Why mourning tears are rolling as rain From the covered silvery stars? ' - An excellent stanza to conclude the poem.
