Note: I wrote thispoem after thinking about how one can release emotional pain, traumaand stress by the acts of crying or laughing.Both will release emotional stress and toxins from the body resulting in felling lighter and more content.I wrote this poem yesterday in the haiku style of poetry and published it for the first time on my blog today, the 21st of December,2019.
