My initial
Exploratory advances
Were met with nuetral
Though timely responses

Responses though measured
Couldn’t hide friendly vibes
Was hint enough for me
To carry on with insisting jibes

Though thawing was slow
In no time it turned warm
Quite blissfully we both
Were soaking in each others charm

In each others heart
We carved a special place
It took us some time
But we enjoyed the pace

May this liking develop
A flavor of old wine
In our mutual space
Let there always be sunshine
