It Won't Last Poem by Marilyn Jean

It Won't Last

There not much hope left
But, I try not to pause
Nor think
It's just November, now
I know, I shiver inside
But I know you are with me
And won't leave
Surely, November won't last
And maybe I don't mind
No I don't and I smile
Even cold, wet and tired
Mostly know
Here, I smile for you
