Its All In My Head Poem by Samarah Essler

I lost all hope,
I lost all ground,
in this world that I walk in,
I've even lost all sound,
extremely painful,
with a cry and a scream,
don't know which way to go,
or if this is all just a dream,
having trouble,
when I try to sleep,
tossing and turning,
and thinking to deep,
again just waiting,
and as well as alone,
as you can tell, and you can see,
nothing has showing,
don't know why,
but its still the same show,
trying again,
but trying to stay lay low,
at least again,
I've been trying to try,
I can give that to myself with a tear or a cry,
so to say right now,
to end what I've said,
this is just how i feel,
its all in my head.
