Everytime Poem by Samarah Essler

I agree truly with everything my friend Shelley said, the only thing I would add is reamember that you are covered by God's umbrella and under that umbrella you will find peace, you just need to talk to him. Open your heart and let him in Samarah, it works, it truly does. I've been there in the same place and I found him and will never let him go. We all have trials and tribulations, but when it comes right down to it, He is the answer. Your poem once again is very expressive of your inner turmoil, but I do believe in time you will find peace within.....Melvina

Very deep poem that says alot....Hard to read of your pain as it sounds almost like an panic attack.Had them before and they are not fun at all... When it happens, if it happens again just try to relax and breath and think of something that makes you happy...somewhere relaxing..maybe your favorite place...everyone should have one of those! As for your poem it is well written and contains much emotion! Emotion the reader can feel as they read...this is a good thing! Keep writing as it is therapy for the mind.Wishing you all the best and just remember this old but true saying 'We have nothing to fear but fear itself! '...
