I've got dreams,
yet I struggle to believe them.
Must I spend my life,
as my Fitrah decrees,
dying within the walls
of my childhood—
the House of God,
my inner sanctuary,
where echoes of laughter linger,
sweet as honey on the breeze,
and the scent of old prayers
fills the air like fragrant incense?
I never wish for death;
I cannot exist outside
the warm embrace of the Divine.
I'd dwell with the alone,
in swelter and chill,
listening to eternity's song—
the whisper of the sacred,
woven through each breath,
each heartbeat a note
in the symphony of existence.
I never wished to be dead;
I can't, for I am
the Living Command of my God,
alive in His grace,
an echo of His love,
radiating light
through the shadows of doubt,
illuminating paths untraveled,
where the sacred and the mundane
dance in divine harmony.
