Jonah And Thee Poem by Manager Poet

This is not a poem about a man in a whale.
It is about a 'Lion Dog' who happens to be male.
He's a Shih Tzu pronounced 'shee tsoo' in
our native tongue.
As her best friend, his story will not go unsung.

Her little friend is very alert and quite courageous.
However, his behavior at times can be outrageous.
He wakes her in the morning with such affection.
She and Jonah have such a wonderful connection.

Her life is now filled with unconditional love.
He's filled a deep need and is the solution thereof.
One more line and this mere man will be done.
Their life together as companions has just begun.
