How can I let you go when I love you Oh so much
I know you won't be far and we'll always keep in touch
How will you share all the moments of your day
When you will be thousands of heartbeats away
There's so much I want to share with you, and see you experience in life
So much pain, I want to spare you, for life is full of strife
Where has all the time gone, in these eighteen years gone by?
To think of you not here...All I want to do is cry
Words cannot tell you all the pride that's in my heart
Or how you've shaped my life, in every single part
I want you to remember, that schools not everything
That lessons can come to you...When just the birds sing
So keep your mind open...And leave your heart open too
And in a quiet moment...know how much I love YOU!
