Just A Process Proceeding In Evolution - Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar
Do I have remorse that they have blinded themselves,
By the quality of their own actions?
Your comments make little sense to me.
Is this their way of holding someone accountable,
For their delight in material excitement?
I appreciate the attention you have given this fiasco.
But those folks have a history of creating their own debris.
I'm sure my lack of concern and those of others...
They have ridiculed for making attempts to assist them,
Will someday be reason why they could not unite as a people!
Or some excuse they will find that is not policed!
I have not given up on them.
They've given up on themselves,
The moment they began to ostracize their own!
For some reason...
I am attracted to those who are adult in mind,
Deed and purpose.
And those comments would be pointless to repeat to them!
No hard feelings!
None here whatsoever.
I am just part of a process,
Proceeding in a welcomed evolution.
And I am one of many who recognize the benefits.
