I can’t stand to see you this way
All this depression I don’t know what to say.
You were once so happy and full of life
But now all you possess is pain and strife.
Your expression is dull, your body is still.
Because I know in your heart there is a whole to fill
I’ve tried my hardest to keep your happiness alive
I know it’s hard, but you will survive.
Please don’t give up yet because I am here
I will never go far away, I will always be near.
So my dear friend, please do not fret.
There is no need to be sad,
Or feel any regret.
Because you are a person that is one of a kind,
And in this wide world there are only few you will find.
So live your life, don’t worry about pain,
Have fun with your friends and go insane.
What I’m trying to say is you just need to smile,
And you will get better, even if it takes a while.
