Just We Two Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Just We Two

Mundane matters are making me blue
Uninteresting, unexciting, monotonous too.
But nothing's mundane when I talk to you
Everything's new...everything's new.

A bundle of fun you bring to my side
Presents galore and a motorcar ride.
Come closer still, love hasn't died
With me abide...with me abide.

We'll have fun in the sun; visit the zoo
invigorating, revitalizing, refreshing too.
We will admire the breathtaking view
Just me and you...just we two.
