Justice! Poem by Namratha Swamy

My sense of right and wrong urges me to raise the dust
identify and reveal the injustice around
my heart beating in earnest agrees to its animated appeal
yet my conscious mind cautiously consoles
'Let the injustice in his creation reveal
itself to bite the dust'

What obviously seem injustice to my being
has a greater meaning in His creation
Who am I to question Him and his sense of justice?
The creator himself has tossed the coin in the air!

Like a flower covering the wreath also adorns the bride as appropriately
I have learnt to play my role on His stage
fully understanding the value of timing in his characterization!
