Justice For Our Abused Children

In the past, young hearts endured pain,
Abused, unheard, their innocence betrayed,
The judicial scales, falter and sway,
Justice obscured, compassion led astray.

Psychological scars etched deep within,
Their tender souls endure the constant din,
Research unveiled, the truth does unveil,
Yet, heedless ears ignore the poignant tale.

Injustice thrives, as hope begins to fade,
Their cries for help in echo slowly wade,
But still, we rise, united and strong,
To mend their spirits, right the grievous wrongs.

For in our hands, their futures reside,
With love and guidance, heal the wounds inside,
And forge a path, where justice finds in the end, where the darkness no longer holds sway.
