Justice Of Conscience Poem by Vinaya Joseph

Justice Of Conscience

In the quiet corners of the heart,
Where truth wrestles with the dark,
A voice rises,
Raw and clear—
The conscience speaks,
Loud and sincere.

No courtroom needed,
No judge in sight,
Yet here lies justice,
Firm and right.
It doesn't bow to wealth or fame,
Nor lose its grip when fortune's name.

It knows one law,
Steadfast and true,
A silent truth that breaks right through.
A guiding star when shadows fall,
In the depths of night,
It stands tall.

Though laws may bend and leaders sway,
The conscience leads in its way.
An unseen judge, it holds its ground,
In stillness,
Justice can be found.

For in that space where doubts take flight,
And fears encroach on reason's light,
A quiet law begins to rise—
The justice that the heart implies.
