Through the awe of time
that seducer of verse
voice of truth and hell
muse to Joe and Don
the rage, the lament
the tragic dream of raging
desires and hopelessness
the sum of life …
Maker of tsunamis
destroyer of lesser men
aura of mojito's
cruncher of cheetos
maestro of all souls
the ultimate sin eater
that spirit to the eternal
purveyor of all potter's fields
the creator, the breaker, the fiddle sticks player
chairman of all of the entertainment committees
lover of all shapes and sizes of women's tata'!
of past, present, and of future; the producer
the insurer, the procurer; of the neo-normal!
That metaphorical, allegorical, emblematic
total realer of all of the happenstance in
the universe … speaker of words in the terse
profounder of words that so work well together
the definitive, the most rare of "Earth, " neo-malthusian
the clarifier of all of your confusion … the invisible
inspiration, that each of you, are hoping for …
