A knight looks so formidable and self-sufficient but your poem shows there is considerable array of stuff they carry: I'm not referring to armor and weapons, you don't describe the familiar appearance of the knight but rather the details you cite emphasize he will enter A REGION OF SUPERNATURAL WONDERS (Joseph Campbell's phrase)
and pursue his destiny among ghosts and shrouds and spells. I wonder what would transpire when the knight and the poet seer cross paths: would they see themselves as allies? be suspicious of each other? inspire each other?
