Know your inner news first
Do practice or exercise then..
If you can win-
All fears will escape from the mind!
That is the loch of happiness.

Guru says, go and drown in yourself,
You will know your inner news.
You need to know over time-
How two streams flow in one river!
In that stream the heart is revived.

Guru says, not easy to know yourself
Find Self in the form of the Guru
If you know your self, you know God.
World voice come in the heart!
Then all are equal,
No difference one to another.
