Krishna Consciousness
Krishna is that consciousness
In which the entire creation resides;
Within His consciousness revolve
All planets, constellations, and stars.
The totality of consciousness is contained in 'Om',
And all of creation sings His praises;
The cycle of creation and dissolution
Revolves, surrendered to the Supreme Absolute.
Formed from the essence of the Supreme Absolute
Is this dazzling city of *Maya* (illusion) ,
Adorned with countless stars;
Filled with sound and light,
The living notes of Krishna's flute
Resonate throughout the entire cosmos.
