Lakeside, Lying Poem by james watkin

Lakeside, Lying

Within this summer dream
Housed and bedded
Willow-arched, willow-awned
Buzz of cares slay.

Whilst that, cruel-edged, afar
As hard, no more
For city's hive shapes it.
Faded away.
