Last Dance Poem by Ashley Fortin

Last Dance

Rating: 3.0

In the moonlight, oh the moonlight,
Comes a face I know too well,
But I miss, but I miss, Oh I miss your stars tonight,
So please keep your memory of us,
So I’ll say, yes I’ll say,
Goodbye, Goodnight, to the starry skies,
Your soul holds dear to us,
Please keep your heart to yourself,
Please don’t bleed in the clear water, untouched,
Oh, keep your skies of blue and I’ll will leave my heart with you.
