Lasting Love - Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

The rhythm of love grabs undivided attention
A mysterious affection captures a trusting heart
Erasing hesitancy… as caution disappears into the air
From this moment on …all solitary thoughts depart

No longer earth bound…senses fill with dreamlike faith
A certain reassurance is found within the arms of your lover
All else swirls in an atmosphere of secondary importance
Days have no end…when lasting love is discovered
