Late At Midnight Poem by Larry Perry Sr

Late At Midnight

I can't not wait to make my move, you know what we planned, remember how nice we said it will be

We will meet Late At Midnight when there is no one else insight

We will bring a picnic basket full of all our favorite treats, we will have ice cream on ice as well

Under the moonlight we sit, we eat first the ice cream before it melts, kissing it off each other's lips as it drips

We have the boombox playing our favorite songs as we slow dance hand-to-hand under the beautiful star's and the sky was full of them that night

The night was just right, I'm feeding you fruits with the ice cream as I popped the bubbly and we make a toast to you and I for meeting Late At Midnight

We both was here on time and we couldn't take the chance of being late to share the midnight star's before one should fall

So we can make one wish together that this night will last forever and ever and ever and ever is a very long time to spend together

Late At Midnight for when we first met, I will never forget the time we met and spent our time together Late At Midnight
