Lay Off Day Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I decided to spend good day
Free from tension in any way
And if that succeeded in good way
I shall make it once in week in beautiful way

Is it difficult to pass day with peace?
I simple thought it at ease
Yes, it can be made as an exception
The thought should be good reception

So I made Sunday as special day
Either to go to beautiful sea bay
Or silently sleep in room and lay
The whole day was to be made comfortable stay

I bolted door from inside
And laid down on cot that was large and wide
Mind went on probing silent zone
I was happy that something good was done

“Oh, that freeze was not switched off in office”
That worry made me upset with no choice
The joy disappeared in no time with tension
The rest day added fuel with more confusion

We are human being and can not live without burden
This happens in day to day schedule very often
We are all used to some sort of hectic activities
That shows how responsible you are with good qualities

We can spend time with pleasure
Make mind stable and doubly reassure
That it is state of mind that is at work
“To decide or not to decide” is promise with simple word
