Learning To Live Poem by Ronald Chapman

Learning To Live

I'm learning to live in my old age,
And I'm learning to take pictures,
And I'm learning to write,
Not to give up, when I am discouraged by people,
And I'm learning not to get angry,
And I'm learning not to seek revenge,
And I'm learning, when people hurt me,
Not to cry!
And I'm learning to be happy more,
When I am tired,
And I'm learning that it's much,
Much easier to be happy than sad.
