Leave The Doors Open-Am Coming As A Thief.

Leave The Doors Open
Drought has been, so far, you've been,
Rain had come, and so did the sun come,
Wind has blown, and so has time gone,
Leave the vein open, for through the nerve blood flows,
Leave the doors open, for I am coming like a thief,
For I am yawning the ever nightmare,
Prepare a dish for two, and make the nut, the main dish,
Keep away the disruptions, for we need a pure sky,
Get set with me, to view the night sky,
For in the sky, you drew my heart,

You're the strength I need to fight through the battles of life,
It might be blind, but with my eyes both closed and opened I give,
The world might not be perfect, but you're perfect to me,
Leave the doors open,
For my hands are so filthy,
For I am coming to show you what love is supposed to be,

The thought and images of your face flood my heart,
The cuteness of your smile and the taste of your lips sends me to fantasy,
Your face is a mirror reflecting how better we'll draft a plan together,
I can't imagine leaving such a fantastic feeling leave my life for anything in the world,
You make my heart race, and you slow it down to a gentle pace,
This feeling is a pure bliss, I promise never to miss,
I get lost in thoughts, trying to remember how the future is,
Each passing breeze reminds me how lucky I am, for I have you and you have me,
So, leave the doors open,
For I am coming for what your mama gave you!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Love is so sweet when both of you feel it. One must stand bravely on one's own legs. Otherwise one is simply incapable of loving back. Love is of our actions. Kissing is more intimate than sex and the first sign of trouble in a relationship is a drop off in the act.
