Risking nothing, playing along on playgrounds of
yesterday, giving away whatever's on my mind.
Totally into every opening, letting me slide in
and pick up writing right where I left off the
last time I was immersed in rhythms of intellect.
Always leading me calmly into avenues of the future,
and giving constant reminders of the essence I leave
in every poem I write.
Always enjoying seeing what it is I write in
poetry.
