Less Service Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Less Service

I shall bow my head
And sincerely read
Their contribution
For keeping strong relation

I was child
And they all tried to build
Me into fully grown up man
To make more than human

I want to compliment
With simple comment
'I owe so much'
And feel as such

Let me not come out with words
But I always pray lord
What would have I been?
If you were really not keen

I breathe so comfortably
And live successfully
It shall be less service
Even if I offer my blood for promises
