Lesson for future

We were beaten
And threatened even
By parents in open
As we were caught fishing in pond

The things were different
The river had turned dry
The nearby dug hole was full of mud
Housing some hundreds of fishes who could not

We noticed their plight
And thought right
To throw them back in nearby river
We picked them from muddy water

Thus we saved many
But were noticed by passers by
They came and almost were ready to beat
But the gesture was realized and were greeted

The news reached home
The parents did not welcome
Here we got real beating
We explained but too late in real stating

So this was unique experience
But we were scolded at once
And not to repeat same adventure
We got lesson for future
