Let Down
Why must i feel pain as i love you with all
Stuck here im trapped, trying to free myself
Lost in a pit of love or is it just lust
Opinions cause me to loose focus
A state of mind disoriented, flustered
I collapse, endearing the pain for what cause
Such deception i feel suddenly
Mountain of lies overrun all in its path
Led on by what appeared to be real, actually was a mirage
The images replaying in my head brings me happiness
But only to be shot down by a single voice
Unheard, i become frustrated, negative
Disgusted from a sight i wished to never invision
But my love for her keeps growing ascending to the stars
Speak your heart and mind aloud to her like you did in this powerful write! Don't be afraid! You will never know until you try! What have you to lose? This is a beautiful poem which reminds me of my Jane poems. Reason being how you love the one you hate. THe poetry tecqunics are brillant and I love the poem. Keep it up
