Let me die an Easy Death
All I want a full moon Night,
The dim light with wintry wind,
The gush of restless wind,
With occasional flush of rain.
I want a mystic nature of darkness
and Night faint and fickle,
The silent flow of tempestuous
dream and sky full of stars.
I want a hut in a silent field,
Open and wide with wilderness,
The cries of human activity,
The Night with the warmth of ache.
To be nobody is an adventure,
To die with sky open and deep
is the blissfulness of existence,
All I want is to drop like dew
from the hidden leaf of the grove.
Grant me a silent evening and
the star-lit sky to welcome my soul,
Without grandeur and show of celebration,
Without the pangs of departure,
Let me close my eyes like the morning star
that disappears in broad daylight.

Very beautiful poem, but with much melancholy Darkest Title, but tonight is Full Harvest Moon (Please read my simple poem) 5 stars. God's Blessings.
This is not only a wish for a peaceful death. When we look upon death with equanimity, this is also a path to a peaceful life. If we are ready to meet death peacefully, we are also ready make daily life into a meditation.5 stars!
Good one. Postpone your death until you read " Dont take your life" . Then i again i m sure you are just bard exploring self expression.
