Let Not Your Eyes Cry Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Let Not Your Eyes Cry

Rating: 5.0

P-ouring rain disappears,
R-ise of the beacon begins;
I-nclement clime is over,
N-ighttime shadow ends.
C-old chill has passed by,
E-ighth day of December;
S-un above the horizon
S-hines so radiant ever.

D-on't let your mind think
O-f the lonely twilight;
N-ew dawn has just broken,
A-iming to share the light.
I-t's a beautiful day,
R-ays come from the sky;
E-ventide has vanished, let not your eyes cry.
