Let's Let It Go Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Let's Let It Go

Rating: 5.0

Sitting in his ivory tower sweating
Lot of weight on his mind and body
Schoolyard bully fierce façade tears inside
Helpless boy/toy man desperately trying not to cry

Lost his way one day someday somehow
Daddy's gone mommy and family enabling
Big brother crippling demise coming
Hey, bro let it go stop the carnival show

Waking up brutally facing harsh reality
Hung over stop over cross over
Diseased child of wealthy anarchy
Slave to other's and his own stupidity

Yesterday's gone tomorrow's happening today's beginning
Handcuffing is a miserable state of being
Capitain carpe diem screw them carry on
Life's too short in the long run so move on
