Been to long and gone too far without breathing
Endured too much for hearts to just keep beating
As so I felt when we said goodbye to our love
Leaving the broken wings unfixed for the dove

Now turning away and your embrace a memory
Your eyes I see when I envision the sentimentality
So piercing, so wonderful and so alive in my mind
How the way of fate can sometimes be so unkind

But breathe for the living, breathe for everlasting
Let the air of emotion sweep from the souls hurting
Release the engagement of encapsulated agonies
Passion be free and passion be true in such fantasies

Let air of the world touch the heart inside the pains
Wash over the fragments as a broken hearts regains
Perceive past the hills and mountains of meadows
Blue skies of where wings fly free as the sun glows

Let the tears nourish the soil of the future sowing
Of seeds of a generation not lost in the regretting
Of many mistakes and words spoken in such haste
That shattered the chance of happiness such waste

See the ocean and find the timelessness is just that
To forage together the fields you nurture not combat
Embrace now the freedom and know yourself so true
Instead don’t linger on the colours of so much blue

Never say never and look at the stars of the many
Fathom possibilities of the futures roads epiphany
