解放南京

江南一夢山河改
岸北三軍炮火隆
剩勇揮師追敵首
新朝換代耀星空

Liberated Nanjing

The three armed forces in North of Bank
artillery fire rumbled
A dream of the South of the Changjiang River
mountains and rivers changed

When the enemy declined
we prospered and chased after the enemy.
Shone in the starry sky
a new dynasty instead of the old dynasty
