Lies - Poem by Alicia Meyers

Sunshine and happiness,
Just went away,
Everything is stressful,
Every single day.

Yelling and fighting,
Physical hands thrown in the air,
My life is horrible,
And no one cares.

I'm not fine,
I'm not okay,
I've never been happy,
Just give me one day!

Sighs and tears,
Rolling the eyes,
Scared and sad,
All because of lies.

I've tried my best,
I did what I could,
But what I've done,
Isn't even good.

Lies and lies,
I'm tired of this,
Why should I even care anymore?
Never mind my miss.
