Life And Dreams - Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

When life and dreams collide I pray
First things first straightens my path
When God is not first idols reign
Our own vanity rains our wrath
The pearl of great price must rule
Emotions need a guide that’s true

Life consists not in abundance of things
We are temporal heading for eternal love
Do you want the peace that God brings?
We must seek the high things above
Dreams are meant to be stepping-stones
When I carry my cross love leads me home

Life and dreams will fully join in eternity

    'Tis a good poem! ! !
If we love God, He'll clear all the obstacles from our path! ! !
    Well-penning! !
