Life Being Obstinate Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Life Being Obstinate

Chartered courses never seem to work in life for there are
too many facets that can go awry, taking us out of our way.

No time to get to where we wanted to, because of unexpected
twists and turns that got in our way.

Leaving everything behind, hoping for the best, usually
never being given a chance to be on time.

Life has a way of being obstinate and stubborn, leading
us into dead ends where we can't accomplish what we pre-
fer in life.
