O' heartbeat, the rythm of your life begin
Life testing, signif'cant part of time spin
Troublesome, endless, worrisome chagrin
It's ups downs, never expect or prepare
Situations takes you thru life despair

It constantly, spirited, storied role
Continually motivat'ng, chang'ng whole
Most part out of independant control
If truly want to change your lifekind
You must willing to change, think of your mind

Life dances, you must dance with hearty spry
Keep your balance, you keep a moving eye
Rise up, move, dance to the heavenly sky
Ev'ry day not good, there's someth'ng to strive
Day in-out, cautiously, being alive
