Life During Pandemic Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Life During Pandemic

Dead in COVID-19
Black-out drapes fully closed
No food in the damn fridge
Beer too warm to drink
Water too damn dirty
Clothes not fit for washer
TV's too depressing
Life is so surreal
Thank God nightmare ended

Lucid dreaming today
Alive in the virus
Black-out drapes now opened
Healthy food in the fridge
Cold one for victory
Water so refreshing
Clothes dapper for dating
TV's awakening
Life is so beautiful
Thank God dreams replenish
