Life Experiences Not Lived Taken Poem by Terence George Craddock

Life Experiences Not Lived Taken

there is a moment of realization
the dawning of a terrible moment
outliving everyone else imposes

the cost of lost relationships
lost retirement travel dreams
saved for and paid for all lost

the weight of the possibilities
in all past roads not taken
life experiences not lived taken
