Life Has Come A Full Circle! Poem by Namratha Swamy

Life Has Come A Full Circle!

The more I think the more certain I am
what I am today nobody cares or knows.
Foresaken like a memory lost
I've stopped breathing into the oblivion of my shadows tost!

The dearest and the ones I loved the best
are today more strangers than the rest.
Life or rather lack of it has its ways of putting them to test!

I lie into the nothingness of their voice
no longer swimming through the living sea
searching for His awakening choice!

I have stopped holding on desperately
to the wrecked ship of my self-esteem.
I just lie here to execute my unfulfilled dream!

Undisturbed and untroubled I lie
beneath the grass looking above at the vaulted sky
wishing for the scenes where I have never trod,
yet I get to meet those whom I must have already had.

Life has come a full circle, oh god!
