Life Is Short Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Life Is Short

Rating: 3.5

Life is short but meaningful
With little purpose but meant for all
Everybody thinks of it as precious
But circle has become so vicious

We have failed to live
Shut the eyes and refuse to believe
Behave as if no existence of God
Conscience and principles already sold

Life seems burden
Change has come all of sudden
Time has slipped away from hand
When everything is threatened with dead end

Still almighty is considerate and merciful
Gives all chances for making it purposeful
Remember Him with one word at last time
You may be forgiven once for all sometimes
