Life Is Still Hope Poem by Shalom Freedman

Life Is Still Hope

In the quiet of morning
The warm sun of the moment
Tells me Life is still Hope
Pleasure is Blessing
And simply sitting and writing a few words
Has real meaning-

How I pray this hope
This warming calming sunlight
Will become stronger in me
Than it has been for some time now.

Age takes away so much, until there's nothing left. Let's just hope all, with age will not be taken from us.
