Life Is The Punishment We All Fear. Poem by Deadly Psycho

Life Is The Punishment We All Fear.

Rating: 5.0

To them who are proud of being alive,
For them who say survival is all for which they strive,
Even for them, who say life is a bless,

I'm there to tell them, it is nothing less,
no more than a punishment, unbelievably great,
controlling you, with what we know as fate,

as you may think, I'm going insane,
telling you, fate is a remain,
of a bloody curse, and our believe,
but in fact, it's we who deceive,
the fact, that we already live in hell,
look around, and you'd be able to tell,
that this isn't a place of good,
because it's filled with anger, from top, to root,

the curse you wonder, what could it be?
ask yourself, don't look at me,

the curse we obtained from His bloody spell,
is that everyone, will once say farewell,
he gave us, the worst of the worst,
a curse, which leaves cursed souls feel cursed,

what could be so awfully bad,
that the idea of saying farewell, doesn't even sound astonishing sad,

He, Himself, took away our ethernity,
He didn't gift you with life, he gave you mortality,

he gave you the need to cry,
he made us so awfully shy,
he punished us with a fysical fate,
and ontop of that, he gave us an expiring date,

C'm on, its not that bad, you say?
Let me explain why it is, if I may,

He gave us the abilility to bond with eachother,
that, on its own, isn't the bother,

he made us capable, of doing that,
to be able, to make us, unbelievably sad,

he doesn't give us love for us to keep,
he gives it, to make holes in our heart's, incredibly deep,

because after you find your defined soulmate,
your life will end, at an incredibly fast rate,
you'll perish, and make them who loved you insanely sad,
and don't forgt about kids, who lost you, just as you lost your mom and dad,

your kids will also end up in this cycle of fate,
sadness, loss, love, soulmate,
and they too, will be perished,
thats the cycle of them who are punished,

is that why you are proud to live,
is that a blessing, God would give?
after all, would you still strive,
or do you finally understand,
There's no punishment worse, than life.

An insightful philosophical reflection written with clarity of thought and mind. A witty rendition written with conviction.
