Life's Truths Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Life's Truths

Life's Truths

Soul searchings, mystic total unravelling contemplative thoughts throughly remastered,

One character in an emissaries of changes.
Estimated flaws among the marketings,

The sole individuality of goals and imperfections,
The masters strokes and debacles,

Downfalls of once it lived,
And settlements on the burial grounds,

Once the promises are fullfilled and the rewards given,

Life among the tall grasses and the settled armistices,

Once to be married,
Maneuverings in the hot suns and last tranquil evenings, arising hopes and dismissing failures,

Again the only routes to the stars
are battles of the day,
casualties and the calmsafter the storms,

Iflove, were truths or unjust,
espousals, may not be of the blunders, the human frailties,
Accumulated jests or gestures,
fears of deaths, doubts, dooms and the human conditions,
