Life - What Do We Care Poem by Paul Warren

Life - What Do We Care

Rating: 5.0

We read the stories but what do we care
Of innocents lost that are too much to bear
What do we say amongst ourselves
How bad it is or thank god it's not ours to delve

Everyone knows wrong from right
And not tolerate any use of might
Surely there are people who know what they will do
To kill or assault those they should love or leave on through.

These lines does touch your conscience. Everyone should be sensitive and perceive situations even if we not involved. We may not get beaten and bruised, it may not be our blood, so do we just turn our back? A rich awareness poem.
